Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
- Managed and lead enterprise level large Programs in retail, ecommerce, digital. Should have a development experience in early career which is essential to understand technicalities of the program and manage effectively.
- Experience in leading in retail Store & Ecommerce, respective product development or modernization programs.
- added advantage: Strong understanding of product data lifecycle: product onboarding, enrichment, attribution, taxonomy, PDP maintenance, UPC/SKU/WebID relationships, imagery/workflow, pricing, promotions, publishing, and downstream channel enablement.
- Proven ability to convert business requirements into roadmap, MVP scope, release plan, backlog, milestones, dependencies, RAID, and executive status reporting.
- Hands-on delivery governance across product owners, business SMEs, architects, UX, engineering, QE, data, integration, SRE, security, vendor/product teams, and offshore/onshore delivery teams.
- Experience managing modernization programs involving cloud-native applications, APIs, event-driven architecture, batch-to-real-time transformation, data migration, and operational dashboards.
- Strong Agile delivery background using Scrum/SAFe, Jira, Confluence, release planning, sprint ceremonies, dependency management, and stakeholder demos.
- Ability to manage high ambiguity, run workshops, drive decisions, document assumptions, and align leadership across build-vs-buy, roadmap, cost, scope, risk, and product adoption decisions.
- Considerable fluency in Java/Spring Boot, microservices, GCP/cloud, React/UI modernization, Kafka/Pub/Sub, APIs, data platforms, logging/monitoring, and DevSecOps concepts is required to manage technical stakeholders effectively.
- Excellent executive communication, customer-facing presentation skills, and ability to produce concise leadership updates, action plans, and proposal inputs.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end delivery management modernization roadmap, including discovery, requirement validation, planning, execution, governance, and rollout readiness.
- Partner with business, product, architecture, engineering, UX, QA, data, integration, SRE, and security teams to translate functional needs into execution plans and measurable delivery outcomes.
- Structure requirements into multi work streams as needed for the project delivery to manage the deliveries and governance.
- Create and manage integrated program plans covering milestones, releases, dependencies, sprint execution, demos, UAT support, rollout, risks, issues, actions, and decision logs.
- Drive product roadmap prioritization using complexity, business value, dependency, risk, and readiness criteria; support MVP definition and phased delivery sequencing.
- Coordinate POCs and accelerators around AI-assisted development.
- Track scope, effort, assumptions, change requests, and estimation inputs to support proposal development and governance reviews.
- Ensure strong project hygiene: RAID management, weekly executive reporting, financial/resource tracking, release readiness, test readiness, stakeholder communications, and escalation management.
- Facilitate workshops with business and technology SMEs to validate current-state process, future-state capability needs, and acceptance criteria.
- Support change management, training readiness, adoption planning, documentation, and transition to steady-state operations.

Salary Range-$110,000-$140,000 a year
