Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
- Certified Energy Auditor or Energy Manager with expertise in retail and commercial building energy systems, including HVAC, RTU, lighting, and refrigeration optimization.
- Proven experience in energy analysis, benchmarking, reporting, and identifying energy-saving opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce operating costs.
- Strong data analytics skills in EMS/BMS data interpretation, trend analysis, weather-based performance assessment, and identification of operational and energy conservation opportunities.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Support technically in business development
- Support in product development
- Identify and prioritize energy-saving measures
- Analyze technical feasibility of energy-saving measures, using knowledge of engineering, energy production, energy use, construction, maintenance, system operation, or process systems
- Inspect or evaluate building envelopes, mechanical systems, electrical systems, or process systems to determine the energy consumption of each system.
- Prepare site assessment reports containing energy analysis results or recommendations for energy cost savings.
