Business Analyst within an Agile software development
We are looking for a Technical Business Analyst to work within an Agile development team supporting Regulated Messaging platforms and services. The role will focus on translating business and regulatory requirements into deliverable technical solutions whilst working closely with developers, product owners, operations, and compliance stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements.
Create and maintain user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and supporting documentation.
Manage and prioritize the Jira backlog in partnership with Product Owners and development leads. Facilitate backlog refinement, sprint planning, and other Agile ceremonies.
Work closely with developers to clarify requirements and support solution design.
Understand message processing workflows, integrations, APIs, and data flows across regulated messaging platforms.
Liaise with product and technology teams to ensure solutions meet business requirements.
Required Skills: Experience working as a Business Analyst within an Agile software development.
Desired Skills: Preferred Experience with regulated messaging email collaboration archive or surveillance

Salary Range- $95,000-$105,000 a year
