· Experience performing unit testing, code reviews, and application-level technical validation.

· Ability to collaborate effectively with development, QA, product, and business teams.
Roles & Responsibilities
· Design, develop, enhance, and maintain backend services using Java and Scala.
· Build scalable and reliable solutions supporting Bond Trade Processing.
· Develop and integrate APIs with internal and external systems.
· Support the organization’s strategic Post Trade Technology roadmap.
· Develop reusable application components that follow established architecture and coding standards.
· Design and implement services using Spring Boot, where applicable.
· Develop and support event-driven solutions using Kafka.
· Analyze existing platform functionality and support migration to strategic technology solutions.
· Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, Product Owners, QA professionals, and other development teams.
· Participate in technical design discussions and contribute to solution architecture.
· Perform unit testing, integration testing, code reviews, and defect resolution.
· Troubleshoot application issues and perform root cause analysis.
· Support application deployments, release validation, and production issue resolution.
· Maintain technical documentation for application design, APIs, integrations, and implementation changes.
· Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and delivery activities.
· Follow established SDLC, security, coding, testing, and release-management standards.
· Identify opportunities to improve application performance, reliability, maintainability, and operational efficiency.

Salary Range: $80,000 - $90,000 a year
