Responsibilities
•Support CarLOS / VLOS origination activities, ensuring accurate setup, processing, and maintenance of origination-related workflows.
•Assist with production support analyst duties, including issue triage, incident investigation, root-cause analysis, and resolution coordination.
•Monitor system performance and business processes to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
•Work with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues and minimize business disruption.
•Document issues, fixes, and support procedures for recurring operational activities.
•Validate data, transactions, and system outputs related to origination processes.
•Participate in testing, deployment support, and post-release verification when needed.
•Communicate status updates clearly to stakeholders and escalate critical issues appropriately.
Required Skills
•Experience in CarLOS / VLOS origination or related financial/loan origination systems.
•Strong production support analyst experience.
•Good understanding of incident management, problem management, and support workflows.
•Ability to analyze logs, data, and system behavior to identify issues.
•Strong communication, coordination, and documentation skills.
•Ability to work in a fast-paced support environment.
Preferred Qualifications
•Experience supporting enterprise origination platforms.
•Knowledge of SQL, reporting tools, or support ticketing systems.
•Exposure to UAT, release support, and production monitoring.
Salary Range- $130,000-$150,000 a year
