Business System Analyst - Mayfield, OH | TCS Job

Roles & Responsibilities

· Knowledge of Cyber Security Domain

· Serving as a liaison between business and/or technology groups by identifying and defining complex systems requirements, scope, and objectives through research and fact-finding combined with an understanding of business systems and IT-industry requirements.

· Work closely with business customers and technical teams to understand planned enhancements, system modifications, or specifications for new systems.

· Strong Agile Development Methodology; experience with Agile tools like Azure Board, User Story writing, TDD/BDD approach etc. 

· Strong Stakeholder Management experience including but not limited to Business users, Client IT PM/Tech team, and onshore/offshore technical teams. 

· Facilitate working sessions to elicit requirements from the technical team, track progress, and report status to Project Leadership. 

· A strong ability to gather requirements and ask probing questions to understand the intended end-to-end design is important. 

· Nice to have is an understanding of AI or Security but not mandatory

Salary Range: $100,000 - $120,000 a year
