Job Description
 Coordinate project activities across Software Development, Project Management, QA, and Technical Support.
Support the software development lifecycle from requirements gathering through testing and implementation.
Manage and improve quality assurance processes, defect tracking, and release readiness.
Translate business needs into technical requirements and actionable tasks.
Support cloud application operations and ticket resolution, especially in tools like ServiceNow and Public/Private Cloud platforms

 Improve process efficiency and help ensure timely delivery of technical solutions 




Salary Range: $90,000 to $110,000 per year
