Roles & Responsibilities

The Technical Program Manager should lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex technology programs across multiple teams while ensuring alignment with business objectives. 

The individual should possess strong stakeholder management skills, working closely with business leaders, product owners, architects, development teams to drive decision-making, manage expectations, and resolve dependencies. 

The role should oversee end-to-end program governance, including risk management, and executive reporting. 

As the Scrum of Scrums Lead, the individual should coordinate multiple Scrum teams, facilitate cross-team collaboration, manage inter-team dependencies, remove impediments, and ensure consistent execution across the program. 

The candidate should drive delivery excellence, monitor program metrics, and proactively address risks and issues impacting timelines or quality. 

Strong people management capabilities are required to mentor teams, foster accountability, support career development, and build a high-performance culture. 

Experience in large-scale enterprise application delivery, and stakeholder communication at leadership levels is essential.

Salary Range- $100,000-$120,000 a year
