Expected KRAs/KPIs

Oracle is expected to grow significantly in NA. Oracle also has several products and specialities which can significantly broaden the horizon of services for a GSI. Several new offerings, services and solutions from Oracle can significantly also accelerate AI adoption for businesses.  

The candidate is expected to drive market making, pipeline generation, support partner and client connects, understand TCS and Business lines to re-imagine services with Oracle products and solutions. The Candidate is also expected to play the role of a solution architect to shape solution fit for clients and decide bid strategies with TCSs Business Groups and Industry Solution teams. 

Detailed JD and expectations

A.The Market maker role is a lead role to engage with TCSs clients, Industry & Marketing leadership on one hand and liaise with Oracle on the other to shape cutting edge transformative solutions and take them to market. The KRAs will assess how the associate can drive new logos and growth in existing customer base. The associate will also closely work with practice leadership to re-imagine and define new service avenues and drive incremental revenues.

B.As a Solution Architect – the associate will be expected to stitch together functional and technical architectures needed for solutions with AI at the core, work on proposal responses, define differentiated solutions and lead complex estimations

C.Direct the practice with need for innovations and differentiation
