Roles & Responsibilities
•Analyze business requirements, source-to-target mapping documents, and data models.
•Validate data extraction, transformation, and loading processes.
•Perform source-to-target data reconciliation and data quality validation.
•Verify data completeness, accuracy, consistency, and integrity across systems.
•Validate business transformation rules and data mappings.
•Perform end-to-end testing of batch and data integration processes.
•Identify and report data anomalies, mismatches, and defects.
•Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and data engineers to resolve issues.

Stakeholder Management
•Ability to work closely with business users, product owners, and client stakeholders.
•Effectively manage expectations and provide testing status updates.
Coordination & Collaboration
•Work effectively with data engineering, and business teams and with offshore QA.

•Identify testing risks, data quality concerns, and project dependencies.
•Escalate issues appropriately and drive resolution.

•Manage multiple testing activities and deadlines simultaneously.

•Take ownership of deliverables and ensure testing objectives are met.
•Mentor junior testers and share best practices.

•Conduct status meetings, walkthroughs, and testing review sessions.
•Build strong relationships with client teams and business stakeholders.
Salary Range: $100,000 to $120,000 per year
