Engineer-Design

• A full-time bachelor’s degree in mechanical / Electrical or Aerospace Engineering is required.
• Candidates should have 3 to 7 years of experience in design.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience with UG NX (Mechanical and Electrical) is mandatory.
• Proficiency in UG NX Electrical Routing is essential.
• The ability to collaborate with other engineers and site PEs on mechanical design assignments is necessary.
• Knowledge of DFM/DFA, Tolerance Analysis, and Material Selection is required.
• Extensive experience in Generalized Engineering, Modeling & Drafting, and Electromechanical designs/actuations/mechanisms is a must.
• A good understanding of manufacturing processes, tools, and methods is also necessary.
• Experience with composites and aluminum alloys, as well as a background in Aerospace/Automotive interior design, would be advantageous.
• The ability to generate documentation such as service bulletins and letters is beneficial.
• Understanding the application of materials in product design in relation to the Life Cycle and Reliability is important.
• The ability to understand and create block diagrams.
• A high level of analytical ability and innovativeness is desirable.
