Raytheon is seeking a Marketing & Digital Media Manager to join our team. This role will be key in leading our creative and marketing efforts using online platforms, social media and digital tools as well as developing and executing marketing plans to reach targets for brand awareness, capability promotion, and talent acquisition.

Responsibilities

Design digital media campaigns aligned with business goals and company vision.

Coordinate the creation and release of digital content (e.g. graphics, web content, blogs, press releases, podcasts, etc.).

Manage end-to-end digital projects and collateral both internally and with external agencies.

Boost brand awareness through a robust web presence.

Create and maintain a strong company voice online through social media channels.

Recommend creative, marketing and digital media strategies consistent with brand identity and company goals.

Review collateral and products across the business to ensure compliance with brand guidelines.

Suggest and implement direct marketing approaches to increase success of the organization.

Monitor ROI and KPIs for online platforms, social media, and other digital assets using appropriate tools.

Provide creative direction for collateral and high-level briefings for business.

Develop guidelines for proposal graphics requirements for business.

Develop graphics and other digital assets in support of internal and external business and communication efforts at all levels of classification.

Stay up-to-date with creative, digital and social media developments and trends.

Requirements and Skills

10+ years of experience as a Digital Media Specialist, Digital Marketing Manager, Graphic Design, or similar role.

Solid knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Acrobat, etc.) Final Cut Pro, Audacity, or other media editing software.

Experience with visual communication principles and best practices.

Familiarity with web design and content management systems.

Significant graphic arts experience and expertise.

Experience with company branding launches or integrated marketing campaigns.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Working knowledge of social media channels.

Ability to assimilate digital market research, surveys, and data analytics into digital marketing and brand strategies.

Experience working with external agencies on website and advertising deliverables.

Proficiency with content management systems.

Excellent analytical and project management skills

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Additional qualification in web design or animation is a plus.

Ability to partner across business and communications team on plans and deliverables.

TS/SCI clearance is desirable.

Education:

BS in degree in Marketing, Digital media, Graphic Design, or relevant field. Experience can also be substituted for a degree.

The following position is to join our Corporate or Research Center Team:

Requires advanced to expert knowledge of work area typically obtained through advanced education combined with experience.

May have broad knowledge of project management. Requires substantial knowledge of RTX projects, programs or

systems in order to provide enhancements within job area. Typically requires: A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years

prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years experience

Engineering/Other Technical Positions: Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a

minimum of 8 years of prior relevant experience unless prohibited by local laws/regulations.

The salary range for this role is 94,000 USD - 196,000 USD; however, RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills. Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position and whether or not it is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.
