Improve Processes and Ways of Working

  • Develop templates, tools, and reporting mechanisms that improve consistency and efficiency
  • Support continuous improvement efforts across the DiTTO portfolio management function

Manage Communications and Change Activities

  • Assist in the development of project communications, change management plans, stakeholder updates, and implementation materials
  • Track adoption activities and support readiness efforts for key transformation initiatives
  • Ensure stakeholders remain informed, engaged, and aligned throughout project lifecycles

What We're Looking For

Qualifications

  • Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
  • Experience developing project plans, status reporting, governance materials, and executive-ready communications
  • Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills across cross-functional teams
  • Demonstrated ability to identify risks, solve problems, and drive execution in complex environments
