Key job responsibilities
-Support the recruitment and onboarding of new associates, including PHA (Pre-Hire Appointment) execution and Day 1 coordination
-Support compliance auditing of defined processes and procedures, including but not limited to applicant tracking system management, eligibility verification, reporting, and associate experience
-Provide data related to temporary and permanent associates as required
Identify and implement process improvements on an ongoing basis
-Participate in site-specific HR/FC (Fulfillment Center) projects
-Develop and maintain effective communication processes to ensure smooth and efficient information flow between key stakeholders
-Perform any other tasks as requested by the area Manager
-Regularly support onboarding sessions to evaluate delivery quality and provide constructive feedback and coaching to the delivery team
-Ensure proper collection and scanning of admissional documentation (CLT, CPF, ASO exam coordination) into digital file management systems

A day in the life
On a day-to-day basis, this position performs activities related to attracting, processing, and following up with candidates applying for Tier 1 positions. A significant portion of time is spent executing Pre-Hire Appointments (PHA), as well as activities related to recruitment events, job fairs, referral activations, informational sessions, follow-up contacts, and prospect conversion, among others.

About the team
The Staffing Administrator (SA) reports to and supports the area Manager (WFSM). The WFS Brasil team is part of ABME operations, responsible for high-volume hourly hiring across Fulfillment Centers and Delivery Stations in Brasil's growing network.

Basic Qualifications:

- Speak, write, and read fluently in English
- Experience in confidential environments
- Experience working with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
- Bachelor's degree, or BS degree
- Experience in human resources management
- Experience with customer service
- Experience with Microsoft Office products & applications

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with high-volume recruitment or staffing environments
