Business Area: Operations
Operations is at the heart of the Amazon customer experience. Each action we undertake is done on behalf of our customers, as meeting their expectations makes us feel good.
The Operations teams are responsible for overall performance management. The Ops team is also involved in launching new FCs and stabilizing its operations. Constant benchmarking with processes and efficiency goals is one of the important task Ops team will undertake.

Program Manager, Operations
This role entails driving Think Big programs with respect to launch of Hubs and central tracking of critical projects to scale up our Hub Operations by working with 3P partners. The role act as liaisons with other departments and run cross functional projects in close collaboration with Supply Chain, Real Estate, Engineering and Operations.
The position's mission is to help Now succeed in scaling operations whilst meeting performance commitments through working hard and smart to strengthen standardization, by running Think Big initiatives and coordinating the top business efforts/projects.

Responsibilities:
The position will be owning national programs as well as implementation at site. He/She will be working with site Ops team to:
• 3P Operations Launch Management: Lead end-to-end launch activities for 3P operations, ensuring seamless site activation through stakeholder coordination, milestone tracking, and operational readiness assessments.
• Capacity Planning & Delivery: Partner with supply chain and operations teams to assess network capacity needs and delivering solutions through new building launches, facility expansions, and infrastructure enhancements.
• Engineering Collaboration & Design Excellence – Work closely with engineering teams on facility design, layout optimization, and automation integration to ensure buildings are built or retrofitted for maximum operational efficiency and scalability.

Basic qualifications
• Experience in Engineering, Operations, Business Administration, or a related field
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Experience applying strong numerical and analytical abilities to develop product/program strategies and evaluate complex processes and financial scenarios
• Travel up to 25% of the time
Preferred qualifications
• Master's degree, or MBA in supply chain management, operations, engineering, analytics or related field



About the team
We are hub operations team that act as a first mile for Quick Commerce. These hubs feed into multiple Micro fulfillment centers spread across the cities. We are responsible for smooth functioning of the Hubs that entails Launch, Capacity expansion, Process optimizations, Tech and Automation projects to increase productivity.

Basic Qualifications:

- 3+ years of performance metrics, process improvement or lean techniques experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, operations, supply chain, transportation logistics
