Responsibilities:
•Support and maintain critical production applications and enhancement processes.
•Troubleshoot application, database, batch, and integration issues.
•Monitor daily batch processing and resolve production incidents.
•Analyze and resolve database performance issues.
•Perform root cause analysis for application failures and operational disruptions.
•Develop and maintain SQL queries, scripts, and automation solutions.
•Coordinate with business users, infrastructure teams, and vendors during incident resolution.
•Participate in application modernization initiatives, including Spring Boot upgrades and cloud migration efforts.
•Support CI/CD deployment activities across environments.
•Create and maintain technical documentation, operational runbooks, and support procedures.
•Participate in release planning, testing, and implementation activities.
•Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement using AI and scripting technologies.
