- Lead end-to-end testing activities across Web, Mobile, API, Web Services, and Client-Server applications.
- Develop and execute comprehensive test strategies covering Manual, Automation, and DevOps testing.
- Ensure adherence to Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) methodologies.
- Oversee defect management processes using industry-standard tools.
- Drive quality improvements through test automation initiatives and continuous testing practices.
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
- Create detailed user stories, use cases, business process flows, and functional specifications.
- Conduct requirement elicitation workshops, stakeholder interviews, and process mapping sessions.
- Bridge communication between business and technical teams to ensure alignment and successful solution delivery.
- Analyze data from multiple sources to identify trends, opportunities, and operational improvements.
- Develop actionable insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
- Establish, monitor, and report key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to improve data accuracy, consistency, and governance practices.
Salary Range-$90,000-$110,000 a year
