Must Have Technical/Functional Skills -
- Manual Testing and SDLC/STLC knowledge
- Test Case Design and Test Execution
- Defect Management using JIRA/Azure DevOps/ALM
- Functional, Regression, Integration, and UAT Testing
- SQL for basic data validation
- Agile/Scrum methodology
Roles & Responsibilities -
- Analyze business requirements and prepare test scenarios and test cases.
- Execute functional, integration, system, regression, and UAT testing.
- Identify, log, track, and validate defects through closure.
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders.
- Prepare test reports, metrics, and release sign-off documents.
Generic Managerial Skills, If any
- Retail or E-commerce domain experience
- API testing exposure using Postman
- Automation testing knowledge is an added advantage
