L’opportunité
En tant que Sales & Marketing Specialist, vous rejoindrez l’équipe Grid Automation France au sein de Hitachi Energy et jouerez un rôle clé dans le développement de nos activités, principalement sur le marché français.
Comprendre tout le potentiel de nos technologies et anticiper les évolutions de nos marchés constituent des missions particulièrement enrichissantes. En accompagnant nos clients dans l’amélioration de leur efficacité, l’optimisation de leurs ressources et la réduction de leurs émissions, vous contribuerez directement à la transition énergétique.
Basé(e) à Massy (91), vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec les équipes commerciales locales, les clients ainsi que les équipes d’ingénierie. Ce poste combine une forte responsabilité sur le marché français et une exposition à une organisation européenne plus large, à la pointe de la digitalisation des réseaux électriques.
Nos solutions d’automatisation et de communication permettent de digitaliser les réseaux énergétiques, d’améliorer leur efficacité opérationnelle, de renforcer leur sécurité et d’accompagner nos clients tout au long du cycle de vie de leurs installations.
Votre impact
- Développer les ventes des solutions de pointe de Hitachi Energy dans le domaine de la Grid Automation en France.
- Rattaché(e) au Market Manager France, construire et entretenir des relations durables avec les clients, en identifiant les solutions les plus adaptées à leurs besoins.
- Accroître le volume des ventes et les marges sur l’ensemble du portefeuille Grid Automation.
- Développer une connaissance approfondie des besoins clients et leur apporter un service de qualité, fondé sur votre expertise des solutions Hitachi Energy Grid Automation.
- Élaborer les plans de vente et préparer les offres commerciales en collaboration avec les équipes marketing, ingénierie et les autres départements concernés.
- Garantir l’exactitude technique et financière des propositions commerciales.
- Assurer un suivi régulier des opportunités commerciales et contribuer à l’atteinte des objectifs de l’équipe.
- Incarner nos valeurs fondamentales de sécurité et d’intégrité, en prenant la responsabilité de vos actions et en veillant au bien-être de vos collègues ainsi qu’aux intérêts de l’entreprise.
Votre profil
- Vous êtes titulaire d’un Master en ingénierie électrique, d’une Licence ou d’un diplôme équivalent dans un domaine technique similaire.
- Vous possédez une connaissance indispensable des postes Haute Tension et/ou Moyenne Tension.
- Vous justifiez idéalement de 2 à 3 ans d’expérience dans les domaines de l’automatisation, des télécommunications ou de la vente de solutions techniques.
- Vous maîtrisez les outils Microsoft Office, notamment Excel.
- Vous disposez d’un niveau avancé en français et en anglais, à l’oral comme à l’écrit.
- Vous faites preuve d’une approche collaborative, proactive et orientée solutions.
- Vous possédez d’excellentes compétences en communication et êtes capable d’interagir avec des interlocuteurs techniques et commerciaux variés.
- Vous êtes disponible pour effectuer des déplacements et des visites clients partout en France.

The Opportunity
As a Sales & Marketing Specialist, you will join the Grid Automation France team at Hitachi Energy and play a key role in developing our business, primarily within the French market.

Based in Massy, France, you will work closely with local sales teams, customers, and engineering teams. This position combines a high level of responsibility within the French market with exposure to a broader European organization at the forefront of power grid digitalization.
Our automation and communication solutions support the digitalization of energy networks, improve operational efficiency, enhance safety, and assist customers throughout the entire lifecycle of their installations.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Drive sales of Hitachi Energy’s advanced Grid Automation solutions in France.
- Reporting to the Market Manager France, build and maintain long-term customer relationships by identifying the solutions best suited to their needs.
- Increase sales volumes and margins across the entire Grid Automation portfolio.
- Develop an in-depth understanding of customer needs and provide high-quality service based on your expertise in Hitachi Energy Grid Automation solutions.
- Develop sales plans and prepare commercial proposals in collaboration with marketing, engineering, and other relevant departments.
- Ensure the technical and financial accuracy of commercial proposals.
- Regularly monitor sales opportunities and contribute to achieving the team’s objectives.
- Live our core values of safety and integrity by taking responsibility for your actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.
Your Background
- You hold a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, or an equivalent qualification in a related technical field.
- You have essential knowledge of High-Voltage and/or Medium-Voltage substations.
- You ideally have two to three years of experience in automation, telecommunications, or technical solution sales.
- You are proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- You have an advanced level of French and English, both written and spoken.
- You demonstrate a collaborative, proactive, and solution-oriented approach.
- You have excellent communication skills and are comfortable interacting with a wide range of technical and commercial stakeholders.
- You are available to travel and visit customers throughout France.
