Marketing Manager - Trauma

Are you an experienced medical device marketer and people leader looking for your next challenge? Join Stryker's Trauma division as a Marketing Manager, where you'll lead a team of two marketers, partner closely with sales leaders, and drive the strategy behind a portfolio that helps surgeons treat complex fractures and traumatic injuries.

This is a highly visible leadership role, ideal for someone with a strong MedTech background who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys developing people, and can translate market insights into commercial success. We're particularly interested in candidates who have built their careers within medical devices, with experience in orthopaedics, trauma, sports medicine, or other surgical specialties. Candidates with a background in implant sales, product management, or strategic marketing within MedTech are especially encouraged to apply.

What You'll Do

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of two marketers, creating a high-performance culture focused on growth, accountability, and results.
  • Own the marketing strategy and execution for Stryker's Trauma portfolio across Australia and New Zealand.
  • Partner closely with sales leadership and field teams to understand customer needs and identify opportunities to accelerate growth.
  • Develop and execute portfolio plans, market development initiatives, product launches, and customer engagement strategies.
  • Analyse market trends, competitive activity, customer insights, and commercial performance to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate with regional and global marketing partners to ensure alignment with broader business objectives.
  • Drive pricing, positioning, and value proposition strategies that strengthen market leadership.
  • Lead cross-functional projects and influence stakeholders across sales, marketing, finance, supply chain, and leadership teams.
  • Manage marketing budgets and maximise return on investment across key initiatives.
  • Ensure marketing activities drive measurable business outcomes and support the achievement of commercial objectives.
