Job Description

Prime Video brings together the world’s best creators with the most passionate communities in a way that no other entertainment brand can. Not only are we a one-stop hub for distinctive, critically-acclaimed and award-winning original programming including TV series such as The Boys, The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel and Jack Ryan, Citadel and movies like Air, Coming 2 America, Thirteen Lives, and Sound of Metal, but we offer a multi-dimensional experience that allows subscribers to fully immerse themselves in their fandom: to read the book, to listen to the soundtrack, to buy the costume, to replay live sports in real time, and more. And that breadth and connection to the Amazon family of brands, along with the support of a passionate and diverse global team, makes Prime Video a company where creators and makers of all kinds can build their future.

As Quality Assurance Project Manager (QPM) Specialist for Global Shared Services (GSS), you will delight our customers by ensuring the quality of campaigns delivered. Your mission will be to monitor and inspect campaigns processes ensuring they meet established quality standards and compliance. You will collaborate with stakeholders across the business, proactively upholding the quality bar.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, with a proven track record of developing, implementing and maintaining the quality assurance processes and standards across the digital asset space. You are a strong communicator and can influence your peers, building relationships with stakeholders and GSS internal teams. You will be experienced in a QA role, preferably in the marketing or the creative industry. You have high ownership to deliver. You are a problem solver; you understand the issue and provide solutions.

As Quality Assurance Project Manager (QPM) Specialist for Global Shared Services (GSS), you will lead and oversee the end-to-end quality assurance program for digital publishing campaigns. Your mission is to establish, implement, and maintain comprehensive quality control systems that ensure excellence in both asset creation and campaign execution. You will drive quality standards across the entire campaign lifecycle, through the different checkpoints from campaign creation, asset development to final deployment, while managing relationships with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

The ideal candidate is a quality assurance professional who excels in fast-paced digital publishing environments. You will lead the implementation and maintenance of comprehensive QA frameworks spanning from design production to campaign operations. Key strengths include strong communication skills, stakeholder management, and proven experience in marketing or creative industry QA. As project manager, you'll oversee quality frameworks, drive process improvements, and ensure high-quality campaign delivery while maintaining strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders. The role demands high ownership, problem-solving capabilities, and a dedication to enhancing customer experience through continuous quality improvement.

Key job responsibilities
Manage straightforward QA projects related to existing programs, supporting quality initiatives across the team within known lines of business (LOBs).

Execute quality assurance audit processes and sampling methods within established frameworks, ensuring compliance with team quality standards.

Track and report project-level metrics (Internal QA Score, External QA Score, QC Sampling Rate) and ensure measures of success are clearly in place for each project.

Collaborate with peers across teams to ensure quality alignment, manage project-level dependencies, and support team-level coordination.

Create, develop, and maintain standard operating procedures, documentation, and quality resources, incorporating relevant sources of information.

Identify roadblocks and project-level risks; drive resolution through available channels or escalate promptly to appropriate owners.

Apply project management best practices to make the team and process area more efficient within defined procedures and timelines.

Create and share process improvements and operational procedures within the team; contribute to procedure standardization and adoption of best practices.

Support existing QA frameworks for each LOB, including sampling strategies, tech configuration and feature verification, and compliance regulation processes.

Communicate project status clearly and concisely; provide updates to peers, manager, and partners; trusted to present quality performance and project updates to leaders up to directors.

Document quality issues, contribute to root cause analysis (RCAs), and support quality reporting; learning to write WBR/MBR content and project narratives.

May train new team members joining the team and actively support knowledge sharing activities within the group.

QCL directly supports GSS's mission to be the "GO-to provider for the AtoZ of Amazon Entertainment's operational requirements" by equipping GSS teams to: reduce defect rates (ensuring every touchpoint meets quality standards); identify and resolve quality issues faster (via data-driven insights tools for production partners and stakeholders); and eliminate rework while accelerating campaign delivery timelines (by embedding quality processes into workflows).

- Experience executing quality assurance processes and audit methodologies.
