WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH

This role sits within Korea's Digital Owned Commerce & Experience team and reports to the Director, Digital Owned Commerce & Experience Korea. The role partners with Marketing, Media, Digital Operations, Digital Sports, Planning, Finance, and Geo and Global teams to drive growth and consumer experiences

across Nike App and Nike.com.

The ideal candidate is a consumer-obsessed and commercially minded digital commerce professional who is passionate about creating seamless and inspiring digital experiences. They combine strong analytical thinking with a clear understanding of e-commerce performance, consumer behavior, and digital experiences. They can translate business results and consumer insights into focused actions, influence cross-functional partners, and lead through ambiguity in a fast-paced, matrixed organization. They are proactive, adaptable, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities while maintaining a strong focus on business outcomes and the consumer journey. They also communicate clearly, build collaborative relationships across functions and levels, and bring curiosity about new capabilities, testing opportunities, and evolving digital commerce trends.

• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
• At least 7 years of relevant experience in digital commerce, digital merchandising, digital marketing, or digital products and experiences.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce and financial KPIs, including traffic, engagement, conversion, average order value, demand, and member retention.
• Proven ability to analyze data, identify actionable insights, influence stakeholders, and translate findings into business decisions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in Korean and English; direct experience managing a commerce app is highly preferred.

WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON

You will lead business performance and growth across Nike App and Nike.com in Korea. You will shape seasonal and in-season platform plans, turn performance and consumer insights into action, improve the end-to-end digital journey, and align local, Geo, and Global partners around an integrated platform strategy.

• Lead business performance and growth across Nike App and Nike.com in Korea, monitoring traffic, engagement, conversion, average order value, demand, and member retention.

• Lead seasonal and in-season platform planning across consumer moments, product launches, brand priorities, and commercial events.

• Develop weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance insights and drive Read & React actions with cross-functional teams.

• Improve the end-to-end consumer journey, including navigation, product discovery, landing experiences, merchandising, and conversion.

• Partner with Marketing, Media, Digital Operations, Digital Sports, Planning, and Finance to deliver an integrated platform strategy.

• Identify and prioritize testing opportunities, and define complementary roles for Nike App and Nike.com to deepen consumer relationships.

• Collaborate with Geo and Global teams on new capabilities, feature rollouts, platform best practices, and emerging growth opportunities.
