We are seeking for a Senior to join our EY Tax Global Compliance and Reporting Department in Bursa.

Your key responsibilities

• Reviewing corporate income tax returns and transactions forming the tax base to assess compliance with applicable tax legislation
• Providing day-to-day tax advisory support to clients and identifying necessary corrections or adjustments
• Supporting the preparation of full certification reports and other services provided within the scope of Sworn-in Certified Public Accountant (YMM) activities
• Participating in tax audits and client meetings to discuss audit findings and outcomes
• Supporting and guiding junior team members, including contributing to their performance evaluations and professional development
• Monitoring changes in tax legislation, regulations and current market practices, and ensuring that relevant developments are reflected in client work
• Building and maintaining effective relationships with clients and internal stakeholders

What we look for

• Hold a bachelor’s degree from Economics, Business Administration, Finance, Public Finance or other relevant departments
• Have approximately 2–4 years of relevant experience in tax audit and/or tax advisory
• Have strong knowledge of MS Office applications
• Have a good command of written and spoken English and are comfortable working in English
• Preferably hold an SMMM qualification or have started their SMMM internship process
• Demonstrate strong communication, client relationship management and problem-solving skills
• Are collaborative, proactive and team-oriented
• Have strong organizational and time management skills
• Are willing and able to travel when required
