Collins Aerospace is looking to hire Supply Chain Business Unit Senior Leader for the MRO site in Foley facility. You will report directly to the General Manager in this high-impact role that carries operational and strategic responsibility for the business while playing a key role in driving the growth and success of the organization.

  • Stable supply of products and services to execute operational plans
  • Product, Supplier or commodity is performing to the designed RTX requirements from delivery, quality and cost perspective
  • Compliance and provide guidance regarding RTX policies and procedures, and business system processes
• Lead interaction with RTX, Aftermarket, Aftermarket MROs and Central Collins to align to one Enterprise-wide process for product and non-product sourcing
• Lead interaction with Aftermarket and Aftermarket MROs to align Plan for Every part (PFEP) activity
• Lead sourcing process from RFQ to contract signature including development of supplier Statements of Work (SOW) as required
• Lead, initiate and participate in supplier assessments and development activities
• Lead and participate in audit preparation, support and close out activities
• Monitor and report business and contract compliance and develop metrics for processes, policies and procedures
• Communicate and collaborate effectively across all levels of a business
• Working closely with internal teams (Legal, Finance, Operations, Compliance, etc.) to ensure cross-functional alignment on commercial matters

 

Qualifications You Must Have

• Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience oran Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years of experience
• Knowledge of aerospace structures
• Strong background in supply chain within an aerospace environment

 

Qualifications We Prefer

• Experience working in an aerospace MRO (Maintenance Repair and Overhaul) environment
• Experience working in engineering within an aerospace environment
• Experience with nacelle or composite structures and related repair processes
• Experience interacting with suppliers
• Involvement in continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen)
• Experience presenting in group settings and communicating across organizational levels
• Familiarity with regional cultural norms and working across different countries
• Experience managing Profit & Loss statements

The salary range for this role is 132,400 USD - 251,600 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
