About The Role

We are searching for an experienced Technical Program Manager to join our Data Intelligence and Analytics (DnA) TPM team who will be responsible for helping drive business-critical initiatives across DnA. This role requires acute attention to detail, a strong sense of accountability, collaboration, comfort operating under ambiguity, technical understanding and experience managing cross-workstream technology initiatives. In this role, you will directly contribute to the success of our Analytics team by holding regular planning sessions, stakeholder management, communications and status reporting, outlining strategic project deliverables and coordinating directly with Product, Engineering, and Analytics leaders across DTC (Streaming Direct to Consumer). 

At DTC, data is central to measuring all aspects of the business and critical to its operations and growth. DnA works closely with Business Operations, Data Engineering, Data Solutions, Product, and Partner Operations to drive tools and optimizations across the business. The Technical Program Manager will function as the interface between Data, Product, Operations, and Engineering teams; participating in coordination, alignment, road mapping and overall seamless delivery of best-in-class consumer applications. 

Responsibilities

• Own timeline planning and on-time delivery across concurrent workstreams: build realistic schedules, manage scope and execution closely
• Deliver concise, executive-ready communications: synthesize multi-workstream inputs into partner and stakeholder comms and executive updates
• Prioritize backlog by business impact rather than due date; adapt to changes and proactively propose re-sequencing as context shifts
• Help DnA vertical teams adopt Project Management best practices: e.g., utilizing a unified project management tool, business models and processes with stakeholders and across DnA teams; automation and efficiency improvements 
• Develop strong, strategic relationships with partners and stakeholders across technical Product and Engineering teams, Data Platforms, business executives, and Analytics leaders
• Take initiative and a proactive approach to removing barriers and keeping projects moving forward.
• Manage cross-vertical projects and identify the right resources by understanding team activities and solving analytical problems; accurately forecast risks and proactively mitigate exposure
• Convert business requirements alongside DnA verticals into high-level technical specifications and identify key contributors by understanding technical concepts and the domain
• Stay informed on upstream product and data pipeline changes and their impact on the downstream analytics layer and reporting, requiring a deep understanding of data

Basic Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager, Project Manager or Scrum Master for a technology team 
• High sense of ownership and a focus on building fast with awareness of limitations 
• Good skills and knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency 
• Experience with large-scale cross-functional program management in a matrix organization
• AI evangelist and hands-on LLM adopter
• Love for data and turning chaos into something actionable 
• Sense of humor and self-awareness (good understanding of your knowledge/limits) 
• Working knowledge of modern program management and productivity tools such as Jira/Confluence, Airtable, Google Workspace, and MS Office 
• Background in data analytics, or history of working within an Analytics team preferred 
• Understanding of data pipelines, semantic layers, and reporting tools such as Looker and Tableau preferred

Required Education

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field 

The hiring range for this position in Glendale, California is $106,900 to $143,300 per year and in New York, New York is $113,700 to $152,400 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
