Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an exceptionally talented Architect Engineer (Saudi National) to join our team.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Independently perform a wide variety of conventional and moderately complex architectural assignments by applying architectural design standards, practices, and techniques.
• Exercise discretion and independent judgment in developing original designs.
• Apply standard architectural techniques and demonstrate thorough familiarity with company procedures.
• Perform a variety of assignments, including:
  • Conducting architectural studies.
  • Developing design concepts and design criteria.
  • Preparing related reports.
• Review CAD drawings, renderings, layouts, study models, construction documents, and color boards prepared by architectural designers.
• Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and client requirements.
• Write construction specifications and prepare detailed requisitions for equipment and materials.
• Interface with suppliers as required.
• Coordinate work with engineering and construction teams at the project site.
• Review, approve, and issue detailed design and construction drawings and specifications prepared by others.
• Provide the seal and signature of a professional architect when required by statute or contract.
• Provide technical guidance to architectural designers and drafters working on the same project.
• Perform other responsibilities associated with this position, as appropriate.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Architectural Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of relevant architectural or engineering experience, or a broad general engineering background.
• Professional registration may be required.
