We are seeking a hands-on and commercially driven Business Development professional to lead partner acquisition and commercial negotiation with vendors and industry players for our installment financing offerings in Brazil. You will own the development and execution of co-funded investment strategies, working closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to scale our digital credit products through strategic vendor partnerships.

The ideal candidate possesses solid experience in commercial negotiations, partnership management, and trade marketing or vendor funding in retail/fintech environments. You must have a proven track record structuring commercial deals end-to-end and be able to thrive in an entrepreneurial environment without being hindered by ambiguity or competing priorities.




Key job responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and acquire strategic vendor and industry partners (top-tier manufacturers) to co-fund installment financing promotions using our payment instruments.
- Negotiate and structure commercial agreements including industry-subsidized discounts, interest rate subsidies, extended installment plans, and campaign-specific investment funds tied to our payment products.
- Develop and manage a recurring pipeline of co-funded actions aligned with key retail moments, product launches, and category-specific growth opportunities.
- Design partnership frameworks that translate vendor incentives (sell-through, market share, customer acquisition) into scalable funding mechanisms for our payment products.
- Identify market trends, competitive dynamics, and seasonal opportunities that may impact vendor willingness to invest, and propose strategies with clear trade-off analysis.


About the team
Brazil Payments is part of the International Emerging Stores Payments team and focuses on supporting the launch of new payment and financial products to our customers in Brazil.

Basic Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Management, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or Marketing
- Experience communicating complex information and solutions to senior stakeholders and influencing decisions
- Experience using financial models, KPIs, and data analysis to support business decisions, or experience in financial modeling
- Speak, write, and read fluently in Portuguese and English
- Negotiations and vendor management experience

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with financial services, payments or e-commerce
- Experience working in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment
- Familiarity with data tools (SQL, Excel advanced, BI dashboards) to support data-driven decision-making
