Mon - Thurs, 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM, OT required

What You Will Do

As a Production Technician I, you will perform a variety of operations within Final Processing to ensure products are manufactured, packaged, and prepared according to customer and quality requirements. Responsibilities may include cleaning, assembling, labeling, pouching, auto-bagging, packaging, loading the clean line, and shrink wrapping finished products.

• Participate in daily team meetings and communicate production priorities effectively.
• Perform cartoning, auto-bagging, pouching, uniting, assembling, packaging, and other Final Processing operations.
• Read, understand, and follow work instructions, standard operating procedures, and packaging specifications.
• Meet or exceed production, quality, and safety expectations.
• Support continuous improvement and manufacturing initiatives.
• Accurately record production activity and labor transactions within company systems.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing Production Leads, Supervisors, and Managers to ensure operational success.
• Complete required training assignments within established deadlines.
• Assist with the movement of raw materials, work-in-process, and finished goods throughout the production area.
• Maintain a dependable attendance record and demonstrate flexibility to support business needs, including overtime when required.

What You Need

Preferred

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1+ year of experience in a manufacturing, production, warehouse, assembly, or related environment.
• Experience following work instructions, quality standards, and production metrics.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to sit or stand for extended periods throughout the shift.
• Ability to reach, push, pull, bend, and perform repetitive tasks.
• Ability to use hands and fingers for detailed assembly and packaging activities.
• Ability to read and follow written instructions and maintain required documentation.
• Ability to wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
• Ability to work overtime, including extended shifts and weekends, as business needs require.
