We are looking for a proactive Technical Recruiter based in our Shanghai office to help us build a world-class team. You'll own the full recruitment lifecycle, from strategic sourcing to offer negotiation, partnering directly with our leaders to hire for our engineering, AI, hardware, and operations teams. This role requires a professional who is solutions-oriented and agile, ready to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

Key job responsibilities
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for our technical teams, focusing on electrical, mechanical, hardware, and supply chain roles for both full-time and contract positions. This includes everything from intake meetings and job description creation to sourcing, screening, offer negotiation, and closing. ● Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to identify and engage with top technical talent in the Chinese market. Build and nurture relationships with passive candidates through personalized outreach and strong communication

Basic Qualifications:

- 3+ years of recruiting mid to high-level tech talent in competitive markets experience

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience driving process optimization within a recruiting or equivalent environment
