The opportunity 

Join our team as a Territory Sales Manager and drive the growth of our High Voltage Bushings and On-Load Tap-Changers business across the Brazilian market. Leveraging your strong network and market knowledge, you will help expand our presence with transformer manufacturers, utilities, EPC companies, and industrial customers while representing products manufactured in our Swiss and Swedish factories.

This role offers the opportunity to combine your technical understanding of the power industry with your commercial expertise in one of the world's most dynamic energy markets. Working closely with customers and internal experts, you will contribute to strategic business development initiatives, identify new opportunities, and build long-term customer partnerships that support the energy transition.

The role is based in Altstetten, Zurich, Switzerland, and involves approximately 20–30% travel.

How you’ll make an impact 

• Develop and grow business opportunities for High Voltage Bushings and On-Load Tap-Changers across the Brazilian market
• Build and strengthen relationships with transformer manufacturers, utilities, EPC contractors, and industrial customers
• Identify market trends, customer needs, and emerging opportunities to support long-term business growth
• Lead commercial discussions and support negotiations with key customers and stakeholders
• Collaborate with Offer Engineering and Tendering teams to develop competitive technical and commercial solutions
• Prepare and review proposals based on customer requirements and market expectations
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and contribute to forecasting activities
• Ensure smooth handover of secured orders to project management and execution teams

Your background 

• Minimum 10 years of experience in sales, business development, engineering, or a similar customer-facing role within the energy, electrical, transformer, or industrial sector
• Strong knowledge of the Brazilian power and energy market, including utilities, transformer manufacturers, and key industry stakeholders
• Proven track record of developing customer relationships and driving business growth in Brazil
• Technical background in electrical or mechanical engineering or equivalent industry experience
• Experience working in international and multicultural business environments
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• Business fluent in English and Portuguese, Spanish is an asset
• Self-driven, relationship-oriented, and able to work independently while collaborating effectively with global teams
