Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves analyzing various application components and designing solutions tailored to client needs. The role includes coding and testing multiple parts of the software to ensure functionality and quality. Additionally, the engineer dedicates time to maintaining existing systems, implementing enhancements, and developing new features to support evolving project requirements. Collaboration with different stakeholders and adapting to changing priorities are integral parts of the daily workflow, ensuring that the software meets client expectations and operates efficiently across diverse environments.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and resolve technical challenges within projects to maintain smooth progress.
- Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and guiding them through complex tasks.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align development activities with overall project goals.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Veeva Vault.
- Strong experience in software development lifecycle including design, coding, testing, and maintenance.
- Ability to analyze complex application components and develop scalable solutions.
- Familiarity with version control systems and collaborative development environments.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving software defects efficiently.
- Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Veeva Vault.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
