Job Description:

Document Controller

Al Dhafrah Region, Abu Dhabi, UAE

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Document Controller to join our team in Al Dhafra Region, Abu Dhabi. In this role you will perform a variety of document control functions for a major infrastructure project.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Coordinate document flow between project operations, engineering, construction, and support teams.
• Manage document control processes using electronic document management systems (EDMS) and ensure adherence to project procedures.
• Register, track, and distribute incoming/outgoing documents; maintain databases, logs, and transmittals.
• Enter data and generate status reports using MS Office and project-specific systems.
• Scan and archive documents for electronic storage and maintain structured filing/retrieval.
• Maintain document distribution schedules to meet project timelines and client requirements.
• Support general administrative tasks (filing, typing, telephone support) as required.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years document control experience in an engineering design/consulting or project environment.
• Arabic-speaking with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong hands-on experience with ACONEX and/or Procore.
• Proficient computer and keyboard skills, including MS Windows and common office applications (word processing, spreadsheets, databases).
