-7-9 years of Technical Project Management experience within Banking or Financial Services.
-Strong experience in Risk Management, Controls, Compliance, and Audit support.
-Proven experience managing medium to large-scale technology programs.
-Hands-on experience with Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and SDLC methodologies.
-Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
-Experience managing RAID logs, remediation plans, and governance reporting.
-Knowledge of Change Management, Release Management, and Incident Management processes.
-Expertise in JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, SharePoint, and PowerPoint.
-Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Roles & Responsibilities
Project & Program Management
-Manage end-to-end delivery of technology projects across multiple teams and business units.
-Drive project planning, execution, status reporting, budgeting, dependency management, and risk mitigation.
-Develop and maintain project roadmaps, milestones, and delivery timelines.
-Coordinate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Architects, Development, QA, and Infrastructure teams.
-Facilitate governance forums, steering committee meetings, and executive-level reporting.
Risk & Control Management
-Identify, assess, and mitigate project, operational, technology, and regulatory risks.
-Maintain RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) logs and ensure timely remediation.
-Partner with Enterprise Risk, Compliance, Audit, Information Security, and Control Functions.
-Lead risk assessments, control evaluations, issue management, and corrective action planning.
-Ensure adherence to client and regulatory requirements including SOX, FFIEC, OCC, and enterprise risk governance standards.
-Support audits, regulatory reviews, and control testing activities.
Agile Delivery & Governance
-Drive Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Backlog Grooming, Daily Standups, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
-Monitor delivery metrics, sprint health, velocity, and project KPIs.
-Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate project health effectively.
-Ensure alignment with SDLC, change management, release management, and environment management processes. Technical Leadership
-Work closely with Engineering and Architecture teams to understand technical dependencies and implementation plans.
-Manage integration projects involving cloud, APIs, data platforms, middleware, and enterprise applications.
-Review technical designs and identify delivery risks, capacity constraints, and operational impacts.
-Support production readiness reviews and post-implementation monitoring.

Salary Range: $90,000 - $95,000 a year
