Roles & Responsibilities
•Cloud Platform: Proven experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC), and Oracle Identity Cloud Service (IDCS).
•Observability & ITSM: Hands-on experience with Dynatrace, Splunk log management, and ServiceNow incident/change management.
•Networking & Security: Knowledge of hybrid network connections, firewalls, routing, IAM policy design, and security patch upgrades.
•CI/CD & Automation: Experience with CI/CD tools, deployment pipelines, and operational script automation.
•Process Management: Strong understanding of ITIL frameworks (Incident, Problem, and Change Management).
Salary Range- $100,000-$120,000 a year
