Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
Primary:
•Python: 10+ years of advanced Python development experience
•Problem Solving: Strong analytical and debugging skills with complex data scenarios
•Data Processing Libraries: Proficiency with Polars, PyArray, Parquet, wheels, Pandas, NumPy, Apache Spark (PySpark), Dask, or similar frameworks
•AI Tools: Experience using AI-powered development tools (GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, etc.) for code generation, debugging, and optimization
Secondary:
•Apache Kafka: Experience with real-time data streaming and message processing
•Oracle & SQL: Strong database skills with complex query optimization
•Kubernetes: Container orchestration and deployment experience
•Version Control: Git workflow and collaborative development practices
Roles & Responsibilities
•Design, develop, and maintain Python-based data processing workflows and pipelines
•Build scalable data ingestion and transformation systems
•Troubleshoot and optimize data processing performance
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver data solutions
•Implement best practices for code quality, testing, and documentation
•Mentor junior developers and participate in code reviews
Salary Range: $120,000 to $135,000 per year
