Must Have Technical/Functional Skills:
- Experience in Business Operations and management in complex organization supporting executives.
- Strong analytical, business management and organizational skills
- Attention to details and ability to handle sensitive business information
- Strategic thinking abilities to identify opportunities to improve overall performance efficiency across the organization
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and executive presence.
- Extremely organized and excellent time management skills.
- Ability to manage and prioritize competing priorities
- Ability to develop comprehensive plans around key organizational priorities in ensuring all accountable parties understand
- Respective roles/responsibilities and are held accountable
- Successful execution of projects working with multiple stakeholders

Salary Range - $80,000-$128,000 a year
