Your key responsibilities
Technical Excellence
- Perform end-to-end testing of COREP, Credit risk, LCR, NSFR, PRA110, RWA, Capital Adequacy and Pillar 3 reporting processes.
- Support SIT, UAT, Functional Testing, Validation Testing and Regression Testing activities across Regulatory Reporting, Capital, Liquidity and Risk reporting initiatives.
- Review regulatory requirements, functional specifications, BRDs and FRDs to develop comprehensive test scenarios, test cases and test scripts.
- Validate regulatory calculations, business rules, data transformations and reporting outputs against Basel, PRA, EBA and internal reporting requirements.
- Execute source-to-target mapping (STM) validation and data lineage testing across upstream systems, data warehouses and reporting platforms.
- Conduct data reconciliations between source systems, calculation engines and regulatory reports, investigating and resolving reporting variances.
- Collaborate with Business, Risk, Finance, Regulatory Reporting and Technology teams to support test execution and issue resolution.
- Manage defect lifecycle activities including defect logging, root cause analysis, prioritisation, retesting and closure validation.
- Support regulatory change implementations by performing impact assessments, test planning and release readiness activities.
- Prepare test evidence, execution reports, defect summaries and sign-off documentation to support governance and audit requirements. Skills & Experience (Essential)
- Strong experience in Regulatory Reporting Testing covering Capital, Liquidity, Credit Risk, RWA, COREP, FINREP and Pillar 3 reporting.
- Proven ability to design and execute SIT, UAT, Functional, Validation and Regression Testing across complex regulatory reporting solutions.
- Strong understanding of regulatory reporting calculations, reconciliation processes, data controls and reporting governance.
- Experience managing defects, coordinating business testing, and supporting production releases. Skills & Experience (Desirable)
- Exposure to Basel III / Basel 3.1, PRA, EBA and Regulatory Change programmes.
- Experience with Axiom, Moody's, QRM, Oracle, SQL, ETL and Regulatory Reporting platforms.
- Strong knowledge of Data Quality, Data Lineage, Source-to-Target Mapping (STM), Reconciliations and Reporting Controls.
- Experience supporting large-scale regulatory reporting transformation and system migration programmes.
