Technical Excellence

Relocation Benefits: Paid as per actuals About the Role We are hiring seasoned Technology Consultants to support our ongoing AgriStack initiatives across multiple states and union territories. The ideal candidate will have prior experience handling large-scale digital transformation projects, preferably in collaboration with government clients, and must possess a strong technical foundation along with functional agility in the agriculture or rural development domain. Key Responsibilities
• Collaborate with central and state government stakeholders to design and implement AgriTech solutions
• Lead or support large-scale program rollouts in agriculture and allied sectors
• Understand business and functional requirements and translate them into technical specifications
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (development, QA, infra, field ops) to ensure project success
• Evaluate and implement technology architectures aligned with state-specific needs
• Manage timelines, risks, and deliverables in alignment with client expectations
• Provide technical mentorship to junior team members and field resources
• Draft technical documentation, integration workflows, and MIS dashboards Must-Have Qualifications & Experience Educational Qualification:
• B.E. / B.Tech in:
• Computer Science & Engineering
• Information Technology
• Agriculture-related streams
• Electronics or Electronics & Communications
• Candidates with Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering degrees will not be considered, except for those with demonstrated experience in Agriculture / Agri Technology projects Experience:
• 3 to 6 years of hands-on experience in technology consulting roles.
• Experience working directly with Government and Public Sector clients is mandatory.
• Should have led or significantly contributed to large-scale rollouts or implementations.
• Candidates from consulting backgrounds must have hands-on technical exposure (not limited to management or strategy roles). Technical Skills (should have exposure to s/w development environment):
• Backend technologies
• Frontend technologies
• Databases
• Working knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, version control (Git or any other)
• Cloud Platforms Added Advantage:
• MBA or equivalent management qualification
• Experience in agriculture digital platforms, farmer registries, crop survey tools, DBT systems Other Requirements
• Willingness to relocate to the designated location
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to handle stakeholder engagement and issue resolution independently
