Job Description
Are you passionate about shaping the future of work? Do you thrive in complex, fast-paced environments where no two days look the same? Then this might be the role for you.
We're looking for an Employee Relations / Labor Relations Manager to join our German EXR Team – a diverse, high-energy group united by a shared mission: making Amazon Earth's Best Employer and Earth's Safest Place to Work.
In this role, you'll be at the intersection of people strategy and business impact. You'll partner with site leadership teams and regional Operations leaders to develop and implement labor relations strategies that foster constructive, transparent, and forward-looking relationships with employee representatives. You'll also provide strategic counsel on broader labor activities that shape the external landscape – helping Amazon navigate complexity with confidence and clarity.

What You'll Do
- Own the labor relations strategy for your scope within German Operations – from concept to execution, working closely with site teams and senior leaders.
- Advise and guide site leadership on employee representation matters, ensuring Amazon engages constructively and in line with its values.
- Develop proactive approaches to emerging labor dynamics, helping the business stay ahead of the curve rather than reacting to it.
- Build trusted partnerships across HR, Legal, Internal Communications, and Public Relations to ensure aligned and effective messaging – both internally and externally.
- Champion employee engagement by ensuring fair, consistent, and transparent processes are embedded in everything we do.
- Support programs and projects that strengthen the relationship between Amazon and its employee representatives, fostering dialogue and mutual respect.
