Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
10 to 15+ years of SAP data migration / conversion experience with a bachelor's degree in sciences or engineering
Subject Matter Expertise in SAP Migration Cockpit / MOM, BODS / SDI, LSMW, data profiling and cleansing tools
Strong understanding of Business Processes, Solution Manager, and Leading practices
Creating business strategy, business process definition and design thinking approaches
Facilitating design sessions with small to large groups through challenging discussions
Serve as the solution lead on strategic initiatives. Prepare and provide input to plans and staffing models, cost estimates, and project deliverables. Work with large cross-functional teams.
Ability to work through and solve complex problems and deal with ambiguity on changing environments, learn quickly and teach others
Develop solutions to complex problems, which require regular use of ingenuity and innovation.
Ensure analytics solutions are consistent with organization objectives and global design.
Lead and/or participate in cross-functional analytics driven business improvement initiatives
Evaluate business solutions and lead the selection of the best solution with the highest benefit
Relationship Management - Partner and collaborate with project teams and client users.
Individual Accountabilities - Strong results orientation (driving to deadlines, project goals, etc.)
Document clear and complete requirements for complex solutions
Analyze current customer investments on S/4HANA solutions and platforms and provide futuristic roadmap with realistic and optimal implementation initiatives
Assume responsibility for successful implementation of S/4HANA Solutions

Roles & Responsibilities
Define Data Migration global vision, scope, and target architecture across all rollout waves
Translate data migration needs into SAFe epics/features/stories for PI planning
Lead fit-to-standard/gap workshops for master and transactional data conversion
Design data migration framework: ETL toolset, staging, reconciliation, audit, and security
Architect SAP S/4HANA Migration Cockpit (MC) and Migration Object Modeler (MOM) usage
Architect data quality, profiling, cleansing, enrichment, and stewardship workflows
Establish master data standards and golden record rules for customers, materials, suppliers, finance
Drive multiple migration cycles (mock loads), defect triage, and progressive sign-off
< div>•Define performance and volumetrics for cutover-window-bound loads
Lead reconciliation strategy (counts, balances, hash totals) and audit evidence
Plan and govern rollout cutover loads, downtime, fallback, and hypercare reconciliations
Drive continuous improvement backlog using KPIs (load defect rate, cycle time, data quality scores)

Project-Specific Requirements:
The consultant will work on a project aimed at GDM Design & Build and Global Rollouts. The ideal candidate should have experience in handling clients' requirements is essential.
Conduct global and site-level workshops to elicit requirements, validate design, and drive alignment
Travel to manufacturing sites and business locations to understand site-specific constraints, validate design assumptions, and support deployments
Collaborate closely with BPOs/FILs and super user groups to align global template with business needs and operational realities
Train and actively engage BPOs/FILs and super users on tools, and standard ways of working
Orchestrate SIT/UAT sessions, manage user coordination, and assess/mitigate business change and adoption impacts

Generic Managerial Skills, If any
Strong stakeholder communication, workshop facilitation, executive reporting, structured problem solving, relationship management, cross-functional leadership, ambiguity management, and ability to work with global business and IT teams. Must demonstrate ownership, results orientation, governance mindset, attention to data quality, and ability to drive alignment across business units, geographies, and rollout waves.

Salary Range : $150,000 to $200,000 Per Annum
