Roles & Responsibilities
•Lead requirement analysis and solution design for SAP S/4HANA PS
•Configure and manage WBS, Networks, Activities, Milestones
•Handle project Initiation, costing, budgeting, availability control, and revenue planning
•Configure Results Analysis and Settlement in S/4HANA
•Manage integration with FI/CO, MM, SD, PM
•Lead end-to-end implementations, rollouts, and upgrades
•Prepare functional specifications and support developments
•Oversee testing, cutover, go-live, and post-go-live support
•Mentor junior consultants and manage client stakeholders
Generic Managerial Skills, If any
• Lead workshops and discovery sessions with business stakeholders, solution architects, and cross-functional SAP teams
• Translate business transformation objectives into integrated solution design decisions
• Coordinate with SD, FICO, Treasury, BRIM, testing, data migration, and legacy system teams
• Manage issue triage, impact analysis, prioritization, and closure for defects
• Communicate risks, dependencies, design decisions, and status clearly to program leadership
• Prepare and review functional documentation, configuration rationale, and training content
• Support knowledge transfer and adoption of standardized S/4HANA processes
Salary Range: $130,000 - $150,000 a year
