Job Description

The Mexico L&D team is looking for a Learning Program Manager Intern to help run our training programs for associates and managers. These include soft-skills and technical training as well as leadership programs. You will help plan each program, keep it on schedule across sites, track how it is performing, and make sure delivery stays high quality with minimal disruption to operations. You will be matched to a manager and a mentor and will own a program-management project from start to finish.

Key job responsibilities
• Help manage training programs for associates and managers, including soft-skills, technical, and leadership training

• Build and maintain program plans, trackers, and timelines that minimize disruption to operations

• Track program KPIs and report on rollout progress and program performance

• Coordinate across learning teams, operations, and central stakeholders to keep programs on schedule

• Prepare training capacity and rollout materials, and help audit delivery quality

• Support strategic projects by researching, synthesizing findings, and preparing read-outs

• Present progress, risks, and recommendations to stakeholders

A day in the life
Your morning starts with a stand-up on an active training program, where you update the tracker and flag any site at risk of falling behind. You spend part of the day coordinating with trainers and operations leaders to schedule sessions around production needs, and part of it pulling KPIs to show how the program is landing. In the afternoon you work on a strategic project, such as how a program that runs in one business line could scale to another, and prepare a short summary for your manager. You close the day with your mentor and other interns. The role is a mix of meetings, coordination, and problem-solving aimed at delivering training programs at scale.

Basic Qualifications:

- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s Degree program (Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Pedagogy, Organizational Communication, or related)
- Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, charts)
- Available for a 12-month internship at 30 hours per week
- Fluent in Spanish (speak, write, read)
- Intermediate English

Preferred Qualifications:

- Coursework, a project, or internship experience in program or project management
- Experience working with KPIs, SLAs, and program trackers
- Strong organization, bias for action, and comfort with ambiguity
- Experience writing process documentation and coordinating stakeholders
- Fluent in English
