The Automated Lab Operations (Lab) coordinates the implementation and operations for automated sorting, testing, and storage equipment within the clinical laboratory department. Work in partnership with Specimen Processing, Technical Operations, Biomedical Engineering, and Siemens Support teams. This position reports to the Manager, Clinical Support (Lab). 

oordinate oral and written communications with Siemens support staff, Lab Leadership, and Clinical Lab departments to identify, document, and resolve problems and/or concerns including, but not limited to line status, end of day communication, and general informational emails.
