The Institutional Client Group (ICG) for Debt manages the Bank's relationships with institutional investors across the full Debt product spectrum.  ICG Debt combines the global capabilities of Deutsche Bank with regional expertise on five continents.

The ICG group team is responsible for covering institutional clients for Interest Rates, Foreign Exchange, Credit, Emerging Markets, Listed Derivative and Clearing product needs. The group works closely with Trading, Structuring & Research partners to deliver our FIC franchise to meet our client’s needs.

Your responsibilities:

• Proactively driving distribution of Fixed Income products to investors via third party distributors

• Developing a deep understanding of the client base and their needs, and delivering the full suite of Fixed Income products and solutions

• Grow DBs market share in the space

• Partnering with trading and structuring, as well as other sales colleagues within the team and within the product to drive product development and innovative solutions for our clients

• Developing strong relationships with the client base to enhance our ability to cross-sell other Fixed Income products

Skills and Qualifications:

• Knowledge and interest in the Fixed Income market

• A strong sense of how macroeconomic developments impact our clients

• Internship in Fixed Income Sales or Trading

• Comfortable in a dynamic and fast paced environment
