As a Service Associate, you'll be the face of our Sustainability Solutions program within hospitals throughout your territory. Reporting to a Service Manager, you'll build authentic relationships with healthcare teams, provide education and support, and help customers increase participation in programs that reduce waste and create a more sustainable future for healthcare.

What you will do:

  • Collect eligible single-use medical devices from hospitals throughout your assigned territory while maintaining collection goals and service standards.

  • Build trusted relationships with healthcare professionals, supply chain teams, hospital leaders, and internal partners to drive program engagement and long-term success.

  • Educate hospital staff on collection program processes, eligible device identification, and best practices to improve participation and compliance.

  • Deliver training sessions and ongoing customer support to strengthen program adoption and increase collection volumes.

  • Partner with commercial and operational teams to identify growth opportunities and expand customer engagement within existing accounts.

  • Track collection activity, maintain accurate records, and submit timely reports to support territory performance and business objectives.

  • Monitor key program metrics and recommend opportunities for continuous improvement and increased participation.

  • Contribute to a positive, collaborative team environment through effective communication and active participation in meetings and team initiatives.

What you need:

  • Valid and unrestricted driver’s license and appropriate insurance to travel by car as required.

  • Highschool degree or GED.

  • Use of your personal vehicle (drive 80-100 miles/day depending on territory).

  • Ability to obtain and maintain needed credentials at all hospitals within assigned territory

  • Must be able to effectively use computer programs ( e.g. Word, Excel, Outlook, Power BI and Power Point).

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Medium work: Exerting up to 60 pounds of force daily, and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects. (Pushing and/or pulling up to 60 pounds of force constantly, and ability to lift up to 40 pounds)

  • Must have near visual acuity (corrected) color vision, mobility, bending, standing, stooping, and finger dexterity.

  • Must be able to communicate effectively through presentation skills, email and phone

  • Must be able to use common office equipment (e.g. PC, Microsoft office, smart phone, etc.).

  

 

United States of America Pay Ranges:

  • USN: $21.58 - $29.20 USD Hourly
