Key job responsibilities
As a Regionalization Product Manager, you will own the end-to-end strategy and execution of network regionalization to optimize cost-to-serve while protecting customer experience. You will:
Define and drive the regionalization roadmap — identify opportunities to reduce long-zone shipments, optimize fulfillment placement, and improve network efficiency across fulfillment channels (Retail, FBA, EF)
Own the P&L trade-offs — quantify CTS impact of regionalization decisions (ship COGS, split rates, UPB), model scenarios, and make data-driven recommendations balancing cost, speed, and selection availability
Work cross-functionally with Operations, Supply Chain, Transportation, CX, and Tech teams to design and launch regionalization initiatives — from ASIN-level placement rules to zone-reduction programs
Develop and manage mechanisms to track regionalization performance (CPU, split rates, long-zone share, leakage), identify root causes of deviation, and drive corrective actions
Influence senior leadership — present business cases, trade-off analyses, and program updates to L8+ stakeholders with clear metrics, risks, and asks
Lead through ambiguity — navigate complex dependencies across multiple teams, define the problem space, and drive alignment where no playbook exists.
