Being our APAC event superhero
Across APAC sites, you will lend your expertise on events, especially in creating and updating the facilities event playbook and event training materials. You will provide event trainings to the teams, users and vendors, and work with site leads in rolling out event-related standards and initiatives.
Likewise, you will support projects and provide feedback for event spaces and new builds. You will also author and manage the content and design for the Facilities internal page in country. Part of your job is to keep in touch with key stakeholders and users, and maintain quality in all sites. An events tracker, which you have to maintain, will come in handy when you need to report at the end of a month.

Putting a successful event together takes expert-level skills. But first of all, you should hold a degree or diploma in Business Administration, Hospitality, Facilities or similar discipline. It would also be great for you if you have at least five years of experience in these fields.
