We are looking for an Account Manager to support our mission in Germany.

Working within one of the fastest growing areas of Amazon, you will play a leading role in establishing and nurturing the meaningful relationships with our Amazon partners across different business segments in Germany.

Key job responsibilities

You will be working in a cross-functional role where you represent the face to our partner and own the end-to-end relationship after on-boarding where the main tasks will be:

Communication with partners to manage and resolve challenges and grow the relationship and network over time

Administration and renewal of contracts, terms and conditions

Generation and implementation of partner specific expansion plans within DE, AT and NL to grow our HUB network

Active monitoring and reporting of partner/location performance and deriving pro-active follow-up actions

Identifying incremental business opportunities within the PARP space to drive customer experience improvements and cost reductions

Engaging with multiple external and internal stakeholders from Tech, Accounting, Marketing, Business planning, Legal and Product Management to ensure the best possible customer experience throughout the complete project life-cycle

Collection of partner and customer feedback to constantly improve our service offerings as well as our internal and external processes

Basic Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Fluent C1 English
- Graduated within the last 24 months or currently studying and graduating before start date

Preferred Qualifications:

- Master's degree or above
