La Oportunidad

Realizar actividades relacionadas con el desarrollo del programa de producción y la planificación de las actividades de la planta de producción de transformadores, con el fin de cumplir con las fechas de entrega establecidas y contribuir a la rentabilidad de la Compañía.

Loanterior,dandocumplimientoalosrequisitosdecalidad(ISO9001),ambientales(ISO14001),eficienciaenergética(ISO50001),seguridadysaludeneltrabajo(ISO45001), acreditación de laboratorio (ISO IEC 17025) y control y seguridad BASC.

Cómo vas a generar impacto

• Crear las órdenes de producción de los proyectos liberados por Ingeniería, con el fin de generar espacio en el área de producción y de identificar, mediante la asignación del número de serie y del lote, los transformadores a fabricar.

• RevisarlosdiseñosdeproyectosliberadosporeláreadeIngeniería paradefinir lacantidaddematerial estándarrequeridoyestablecersiestematerialestáeninventarioosisedebegenerarelrequerimiento paracompra.

• IncluirenelprogramadeIngenieríalosdiseñosnuevosyhacerseguimientoalaliberacióndeplanosyde materiales con el fin de cumplir con las fechas establecidas en el programa de producción.

• Llevar el control de inventarios de material estándar con el fin de cumplir con la política de reducción de costos por inventarios.

• Hacer seguimiento a las fechas de entrega de material customizado y estándar para garantizar el cumplimiento de las fechas establecidas

• Responsable de garantizar el cumplimiento de las normativas, procedimientos y directrices internas y externas aplicables
