Summary :
The Workspace ONE Technical Lead will be responsible for technical planning, design, implementation, integration, and day-to-day management of the customer's endpoint management environment. The role requires strong hands-on experience in Workspace ONE UEM, Workspace ONE Access, Windows Modern Management, application deployment, device compliance, security, identity integration, and automation.


Roles and Responsibilities:

Must have skill: Omnissa Workspace ONE UEM, Workspace ONE Access, Windows 10/11 Endpoint Management, Application Deployment, Device Enrollment & Compliance, Profiles & Policies, Freestyle Orchestrator, Sensors/Scripts, PowerShell, REST API, PKI/SCEP, Entra ID/Active Directory, SSO and Identity Integration.
Good to have skills: Microsoft Intune, Cloud PC/Windows 365, SCCM/MECM Co-Management, VDI Management, Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), Citrix, VMware Horizon, Microsoft Autopilot.
Strong understanding of Workspace ONE UEM architecture, Organization Groups, enrollment, and device lifecycle management.
Experience managing Windows 10/11, macOS, iOS/iPadOS, and Android Enterprise devices.
Expertise in Workspace ONE profiles, policies, compliance, restrictions, applications, and device configurations.
Experience with application packaging, deployment, upgrades, dependencies, and troubleshooting.
Knowledge of Sensors, Scripts, Products, Freestyle Orchestrator, and Workspace ONE automation.
Strong PowerShell scripting and REST API/automation experience.
Experience with Workspace ONE Access, SSO, SAML/OIDC, Entra ID/Azure AD, and Active Directory integration.
Strong understanding of PKI, SCEP/NDES, certificates, Wi-Fi, and VPN configurations.
Experience with Apple Business Manager and Android Enterprise.
Knowledge of endpoint security, compliance, Conditional Access, and Zero Trust concepts.
Ability to troubleshoot enrollment, Intelligent Hub, application, profile, compliance, and device communication issues.
Experience in incident management, RCA, change management, and production troubleshooting.
Ability to design pilot and production deployment strategies and provide technical leadership.

Secondary Requirements:

Experience with Microsoft Intune, Cloud PC/Windows 365, and SCCM/MECM Co-Management.
Strong knowledge of VDI management, including deployment, troubleshooting, upgrades, patching, and migration.
Knowledge of Azure Virtual Desktop, Citrix, and VMware Horizon will be an added advantage.
Experience with Microsoft Autopilot and Microsoft Defender for Endpoint.
Knowledge of DevOps, Terraform, and Infrastructure as Code will be an added advantage.
Strong communication, documentation, stakeholder management, and technical leadership skills.

Professional Attributes-

Ability to work independently and make decisions with little direct supervision.
Good interpersonal communication and customer service skills are needed in order to work successfully with customers in high-stress and ambiguous situations.

Educational Qualification:

Bachelor s Degree / Diploma in Engineering / Computer Science
Experience in providing voice-based Technical Support is desirable
Experience of working with global customers is an asset.
